The Payroll-linked Credit Receivables Portfolio II 1st senior tranche was submitted to CVM registration on December 22, 2009.  The Fund invests primarily in credit receivables originating from loans granted to public servants, retirees and pensioners from various public bodies, repaid through payroll deduction.
